Chapter 5 Preparations Required for Maintenance
This chapter describes the procedures for preparations to be done before physically removing a FRU. See this chapter, as required, when performing maintenance on each FRU described in Chapter 8 onward.
Caution - Do not operate the target FRU while OpenBoot PROM is running (the ok prompt is displayed). After powering off the physical partition or starting Oracle Solaris, operate the target FRU.
