2.8.1 Redundant configuration of power supply units


2.8.1 Redundant configuration of power supply units
Each chassis has power supply units in a redundant configuration as standard. If a failure occurs in one power supply unit, the system can still continue to operate with the other power supply unit. However, if a failure occurs in the external power supply, the system stops.
Figure 2-13 and Figure 2-14 show a power supply system with redundant power supply connections.

When connecting the power cords to the same input power supply, make sure to connect each power cord to the connection destination in a one-to-one manner.
