6.4 Confirming the XCP Firmware Version
This section describes the procedure for confirming the XCP firmware version.
  1. Execute the version command, and confirm that the firmware version of each SPARC M12-2S matches.
    The command comprehensively displays the XCP firmware version.
    In the case of the building block configuration, the versions of the master XSCF and standby XSCF can be checked.
    Confirm that the version of the XCP firmware on each SPARC M12-2S matches the version on the master XSCF.
The following example shows the XCP firmware version of each SPARC M12-2S in a building block configuration.

  1. If the version of the XCP firmware on any SPARC M12-2S unit is different, execute the flashupdate -c sync command to synchronize the XCP firmware version on the SPARC M12-2S unit.
    Synchronize the XCP firmware version with the version of the master XSCF.
