3.3 Installing the Rack


3.3 Installing the Rack
The expansion rack is shipped with a SPARC M12-2S and crossbar box mounted in the rack. Furthermore, a power distribution unit (PDU), crossbar cables, and XSCF BB control cables are also laid out in the rack before shipment.
Here the method of installing the expansion rack and the linkage procedure are described. For the installation method for racks other than the expansion rack, see the manual of each rack.
