13.2 Configuration of the Power Supply Units


13.2 Configuration of the Power Supply Units
This section describes the configuration and the locations of the power supply units.
The power supply units supply power to each component. To provide redundancy, two power supply units are mounted in the PCI expansion unit. If one power supply unit fails while the system is running, the 1+1 redundant configuration allows the system to continue operating.
