B.6 Backplanes
There are the following two types of backplane:
- HDD backplane (A in Figure B-1)
- PSU backplane (B in Figure B-1)
The backplane is a unit with connectors for mounting replaceable units in the chassis. The PSU backplane carries memory that stores identification information and the user setting information.
