Social Contribution Activities
We organize a variety of social contribution activities to make our staff more collaborative within their communities and further raise their environmental awareness.
Activities in 2007 (Continuation Activities)
- Donation activity to "a green fund" of Atsugi-shi
We carried out donation activity as a part of the contribution to society activity and contributed it to "a green fund" of Atsugi-shi. - Activity on the contribution of a waste prepaid card and the stamp
For contribution to an NGO (earth defense fund of green Foundation) working on planting, we collect a waste prepaid card, the stamp.
- Cleaning-up volunteers
We volunteered our services for cleaning various public places around our facilities.

- Kawasaki Area : 26-Sep-2007 and 27-Nov-2007 and 30-Jan-2008
- Atsugi Area : 7-Jun-2007 and 19-Oct-2007
- Akashi Area : 30-May-2007
- Environmentally-fund-raising flea market
A flea market was held after collecting utilizable items that have no use at employee households. The income of this plea market was contributed to the "Green Fund" of Atsugi Municipal council, as a part of our social contribution activities.
Old Activities (past activities)
- Tree planting
Our staff planted saplings as part of activities for Kanagawa Prefecture's Millennium Tree Planting Project.
- Cultivation of flowers
As a part of greening promotion activities, we planted pansy seedlings in the flowerbed of the Laboratory site.
