established Fujitsu System Solutions Shanghai Co., Ltd. (Fsol Shanghai) as its first overseas branch. Fsol Shanghai's mission
is threefold: To serve and support its clients in their international manufacturing and production management efforts, act
as an R&D center for the newest IT, and to partner with the leading universities in China to research and develop new and
