Add testing chemical (diphenyl carbazide coloring agent) to extracted liquid specimen to induce chromogenic development, then measure absorbance for quantitative analysis of hexavalent chromium.

Precision analysis by means of GC-MS

After solvent extraction processing on material/component, employ GC-MS for quantitative /qualitative analysis of Brominated flame retardants (PBB and PBDE).
