Reliability Evaluation Test

Test Standards

JIS, EIAJ, IEC, MIL, etc., and Fujitsu internal Standards based on the experience

Damp-heat cycle test
(Moisture resistance test)

Taking a method applying conditions for accelerated aging, evaluate degradation in component and constituent materials due to damp heat conditions that assume typical tropical environment.

Moisture sensitivity test

Component is verified for its heat resistibility against temperature conditions applied during mounting.

Vibration test

Identify the point sensitive to vibration assuming possible vibration during transportation by craft, ship, track, etc.

Highly Accelerated Stress Testing

Check for moisture resistance and migration.
This test has effect equivalent to Damp heat test (at 85degC/85%RH) in duration of 1/10 or less.

Temperature cycle test
(Thermal shock test)

Component is evaluated for its robustness against thermal shock, in which temperature rapidly transfers alternately within relatively short period of time.

Insulation test
(Migration test)

Insulator is verified for its insulation capability through applying voltage under damp-heat conditions.

Damp heat biased test
(Temperature Humidity Biased: THB)

Check for moisture resistance and migration.

Pressure Cooker Test (PCT)

Check for moisture resistance and migration.
