We believe that the high-level reliability evaluation on device and material is fairly critical. While continuous cost-down activities are essential for any company, insufficient evaluation may have a risk to invite undesired cost-up.

With this standpoint, Fujitsu Quality laboratory Limited will devote ourselves to provide Analysis service and solution; with our material analysis technology including structure / surface / micro analysis technology in nano-level. We realize service that supports our customers in Technology development, Manufacturing process management, Quality control, Reliability evaluation, or Failure Analysis etc, over the various stages from research and development of electronics devices to field failure event, and eventually aim at providing Analysis service for environmental activities and solutions.
