Transfer of Headquarter and Manufacturing site of Fujitsu Media Devices Products Ltd.

Effect April 1.2009, Fujitsu Media Devices Products Limited (FMDP) has decided to transfer the headquarters and production lines to Suzaka, Nagano Prefecture from Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture.

Fujitsu Media Devices Limited (FMD) has completed business transfer of Sensor Devices, Capacitors, Wireless Modules as of 1st of April 2009. According to the situation, FMDP has decided to transfer the head office to Suzaka from Hachinohe.

Also please be informed that to make efficient manufacturing and to improve Profit and Loss, we plan to transfer the Manufacturing site to Suzaka Plant where is our key Communication Devices manufacturing site is located. The completion of the transfer is expected to be 30th September, 2009.
