Automatic cleaning machine for the middle size part FCS-3000 series
This machine allows to semiautomatically wash particles such as 0.3µm to 20µm out of a work with DI water.
Characteristic
- It is the automatic cleaning / drying machine for the middle size part.
- Local area exhaust blower is being installed and the keeping of an even clean degree. (Class 100)
- Ministry space is realized in comparison to basket size. (Compared with our previous product.)
- We can customize the washing process with the request of the customer.
- You can choose the supersonic waves of 40kHz/80kHz/100kHz.
- Semi Aqueous-based Cleaning Solvent is able to be used by selecting the independent tank as the 1st washing tank.
- We design washing jig suitable to the customer's products.
