Slider Adhesion Equipment

This equipment pastes a magnetic head on the slider in high precision using UV adhesives, recognizing those each position. Highly precise positioning can be performed by the image recognition of the ABS side and the center of PIBOT. Moreover, it corresponds also to a FEMTO type (20%) slider.

Characteristic

• Possible to immediately correspond to a FEMTO slider.
• High-speed / high-precise junction by image processing. Junction accuracy : 4.9sec / HGA ±10µm (3σ)
• As for a recognition standard, the pattern outside (three or more kinds of techniques) are used for the slider, standard hole / dimple / and others are used for the suspension.
• Junction accuracy self-measurment function.(option)
• So that the alignment of a slider is performed by image processing, there is no damage to a work.
• All positioning (X Y,θ) is performed in image processing, so adjustment time can be reduced sharply. Moreover, abundant image-processing know-how can construct an optimal condition.
