ABS flatness tester

This eqipment offers high-speed measurement of the surfacing side (ABS side) form, which bears super low flying and stabilization of the amount of surfacing of the magnetic head which is one element of high-density record of a hard disk.

Measurement processing example

The surfacing side of a magnetic head is imaged, surface height is extracted from the image picture, its curve quantity is calculated by secondary curved surface approximation.
